What the beta is
CruzLink is beta software operated by GoalSight LLC for a single trade corridor scenario involving Port Saint Croix. Access is by invitation. Every shipment in the beta is synthetic test data; do not enter real commercial, customs, or financial information.
No live filing, no live payment
The app's connection to U.S. Customs (ACE) is simulated and produces no real filing. Landed-cost figures are estimates for demonstration and carry no legal or customs authority. Payment milestones are recorded events, not fund transfers; the beta moves no money.
Provided as is
The beta is provided without warranty of any kind, including accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. It may change, break, or be discontinued at any time.
Your account
You're responsible for the activity that happens under your invited account and for keeping access to your email, since sign-in uses email magic links rather than passwords.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, GoalSight LLC is not liable for damages arising from your use of the beta, including reliance on any estimate or simulated result it produces.
Ending access
Either you or we can end your beta access at any time, for any reason, without notice.
