Response time

This is a small team during Phase I; expect a reply within a few business days, not an around-the-clock help desk.

Before you write

• Landed-cost figures marked estimate are computed from a sample rate rule and are expected to differ from a real customs valuation; that's not a bug.
• Anything labeled Simulated is a stand-in for a system we don't connect to live yet.
